Erin, do you know what grammar is? Have you graduated from the 5th grade? Do you know what a psychologist is? And if you do in fact know what an “animation engineer” is, please tell me because that’s not a thing.

I realize that you may not have enjoyed your time but I do believe you are being a tad bit hyperbolic.  I am highly doubtful that Toy Factory would be staffed with only 2 actors, and I am near certain that Grizzly would restrict staff members only to ride.  If you want to express dissatisfaction in the event, please provide believable evidence and reasonings.

i think your wrong! the scare zones always try their hardest. i have not once seem them sitting or sleeping anywhere. maybe your just the type who doesnt get scared and just likes to give the monsters a hard time. or just maybe you went on a bad night or the wrong time it happens. because i know for a FACT that alot of the scare zones monsters arent amateurs. so stop being an negative nancy grow up and if you want to give advice give it in a nicer way.
k thnks bye!

ToyStory only had 2 live monsters through the entire maze, and the Dollhouse/Monopoly room looks stupid with nobody in it.  Even the airbag at the end was deflated, so you finished off by walking through an empty hallway with a flat black bag.  Slaughterhouse was supposedly remade, but used the same basic props of gore, just no pig masks. All the lines were 1 hour long, and most of the rooms where they had 5-6 live monsters last year were completely empty this year.  There was only 1 monster that moved in the cornstalk maze, and he stood in the light and said boo as if you couldn’t see him from 50 ft away.  Most of it was straight and so well lit you could see events 3 groups ahead of you.  This maze could really benefit from a smoke machine. Even the Scarezones were silly, where they had so little smoke that you could see straight through them, with the monsters falling asleep on the side of the tunnels. The rides themselves haven’t changed, except the big empty space where Invertigo used to be, and the Grizzly only allowed staff to ride it all night long.  The other rides all had 1hr wait times and the operators forgot to start them while everybody sat with their seatbelts on.

It was like the entire park took a 5 hour lunch break.

At least last year they did a better job dilating your eyes with light and then scaring you in the dark. This year was run by total amateurs, with no psychology used at all on spooking people….more like they got a bunch of leftover props that they threw in the air and left wherever they landed.

There was no attempt at using low level bass or heartbeat sounds, no steadily increasing volumes, no vibrations or squishy floors.  No holograms or mirrors used to advantage.  I’ve seen better jobs done by 8 year olds, rather than a theme park that could have at least hired a psychologist or animation engineer.  This looked like a discount Halloween store exploded, leaving broken gags and blood everywhere.
